Form, term and shipping costs.

Orders will be delivered to the address or address freely designated by the user. Shipments will be made through courier and the delivery time will depend on the destination. 

If the order requires the manufacture of items, the estimated term will be two months.

*Zona 4: Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Nicaragua, Panamá, Uruguay y Venezuela.

In the case of orders that exceed the amounts and kilos set, there will be a supplement for excess weight. This supplement will be indicated in each specific case.

Delivery incidents.

In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone to make a second delivery. In case of not being able to contact the recipient, the shipment will be delivered the next day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the client must contact the transport agency and will have fifteen calendar days to pick it up at the place indicated by the transport agency. Returns will only be accepted when the product is in identical delivery conditions, preserving all the original characteristics.

DEVOLUCIÓN DESDE EL RESTO DE ESPAÑA:   (Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera y El Hierro).    DEVOLUCIÓN DESDE DESTINO INTERNACIONAL:	Los portes corren a cargo del comprador.

• Change of size or color of the item.

The user will have a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the effective receipt of the product to REQUEST A CHANGE OF SIZE OR COLOR of the item. 

Changes will only be accepted when the product is in identical delivery conditions, preserving all the original characteristics. 

 

COST OF CHANGING ITEMS
CHANGE FROM THE PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL:	5 €
CHANGE FROM THE REST OF SPAIN:   (Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera y El Hierro). CHANGE FROM INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION:	Shipping is borne by the buyer.

***In compliance with the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the contracting of personalized items from PLATERÍAS MIGUEL ÁNGEL will not apply the withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the purchase; since in accordance with article 103.c) of the aforementioned rule the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to "supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized". < / span>

In short, changes or returns of engraved and / or personalized items will not be accepted. ****

 

Wrong item.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established.
